SPECIFICATION & TECHNICAL MANAGERList Item 2
• To be fully aware of the project specifications, drawings and contractual terms;
• Ensure that all drawings, documentation and records in use are reviewed, approved and controlled for adequacy;
• Coordinate with consultant & subcontractors and documenting any project issues/conditions.
• Plan and schedule the project activities in liaison with planning engineer
• Promote and sell specifications and product systems to Specifiers, Contractors, Clients, through visits, Seminars, Method statements, specification bulletin’s.
• Develop and maintain good relationship with specifiers, government departments and key A/Cs to enhance company in the market place.
• Communicate continuously with sales personnel on upcoming projects. Make sure hand over of projects from specification stage to sales stage is clear and well documented.
• Attend external and internal training to keep up to date on new products and developments and techniques.
• Ensure compliance with the company’s Quality Management, Environmental Management and Health and Safety Management Systems.

SALES EXECUTIVEList Item 3
•A proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets within the building materials industry.
•Demonstrate a successful track record in relationship building and networking within the construction industry and formwork suppliers, consultants and related construction/ retail businesses in the region.
•Cultivating & maintaining successful client account management.
•Present and sell company products and services to current and new business customers through sales/site visits.
•Utilizing sales reports and other data to recognize sales opportunities in customer buying patterns
•Following up with customers and providing solutions, should a service concern arise.
•Providing training to customers and their teams on various product lines and services.
•Assisting customers in the credit application process.
•Connecting with customers to ensure that past due bills are paid and collect payments when necessary.
